We aim to send stock pieces the next working day. Orders placed Monday to Friday are dispatched the following day; orders placed on a weekend go out on the next working day.

Custom and made-to-measure pieces are made to order and take between two and four weeks, depending on the project. We'll give you an expected timeline when the order is confirmed and write again before the piece ships.

We ship from London to the destinations listed at checkout. Once your order leaves the studio you'll receive a confirmation with tracking; risk in the piece passes to you on delivery. If a delivery is delayed for any reason — courier, customs, weather — we'll let you know.
