Refund policy

If a piece isn't right, you can return or exchange it.

You have fourteen (14) days from the day your order arrives to notify us you'd like a refund, and thirty (30) days from delivery to request an exchange. Once you've let us know, please send the piece back within fourteen (14) days; return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer.

Refunds are issued once the piece has reached the studio and been checked over. Pieces must come back unworn and in the condition they left the studio in — original tags, packaging, and protective materials intact.

Exchanges are subject to availability. Because runs are deliberately small, the size or colour you'd like may not still be in stock; please write to us before posting so we can check, and hold the alternative for you while your return is in transit.
