FAQ
What sizes do you make?
The studio works to a 0–5 scale. Sizes 1, 2, 3 and 4 are made in regular runs and ready to ship from the studio. Sizes 0, 5 and above are made to order.
To find your size, see the Size Guide. To order outside 1–4, use the link on the product page or contact us at [studio@pedrotrindade.co.uk] — we'll confirm timing and price.
How long do made-to-order pieces take?
If the piece is in stock, it leaves the studio within two to three days. Custom pieces take a minimum of two and a half weeks, as each is made to order. If you need something sooner, email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it's possible.
We confirm the delivery window before any payment.
What are the pieces made from?
The materials used in each piece are listed on its product page. The studio works with cotton, linen, denim, wool, cashmere blends, silk, suede and hair-on-hide. Cloth is chosen for how it behaves over years, not how it photographs in week one.
How should I care for my pieces?
See the Garment Care page. Care notes specific to each piece are also on the product page and on the care label sewn into the garment.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, unworn, with the original packaging.
Made-to-order pieces are final sale.
To start a return, email [studio@pedrotrindade.co.uk] with your order number.
Where do you ship?
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
How are taxes and duties handled?
UK orders include VAT in the price. EU and international orders are exclusive of duties and taxes — these are calculated and collected by your local customs office on arrival. We can provide a commercial invoice on request.
Can I have something altered?
Yes, for ready-to-wear pieces bought from the studio. Adjustments to length and waist are usually possible. Contact us within thirty days of receiving the piece and we'll discuss what's involved.
Where can I see the pieces in person?
The studio is in London; visits are by appointment. To book, email [studio@pedrotrindade.co.uk]. For stockists, see the Stockists page.
Do you take custom or bespoke commissions?
For pieces close to the existing collection — a different colour, a small adjustment — we can usually accommodate. For fully bespoke work, please contact the studio with your brief; we'll respond with what's possible.
