Returns
Are you accepting interns?
We are always looking for talent. If interested, please forward along a resume to `contact@pedrotrindade.co.uk` with the subject line, “Internship.”
What is your return policy for domestic shipments?
We are happy to accommodate returns within 14 days of purchase in-store or within 14 days of delivery for online orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. Undergarments and socks are final sale.
What happens when I purchase from third-party retailers?
We cannot accommodate return or exchanges for Pedro Trindade items purchased from other retailers. We are also not liable for items purchased elsewhere—whether full price or secondhand.
How do I process a return?
In the event you need to process a domestic return, please contact us.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email immediately and follow up with a shipping notification and tracking number. Please note that all shipping labels take a moment to update.
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and fulfilled. This process may take slightly longer during periods of high order volume. All made to order items are shipped within 3 weeks from confirmation correspondence.
